Community Action Head Start (UPDATE)
As of June 8, Community Action Head Start began transitioning into a soft, phased re-opening of centers. The safety of children, families, and staff continues to be our top priority. All processes and procedures are being coordinated thoughtfully and in consultation with our community’s local health experts. As part of our phased re-opening, a limited capacity summer program is being offered at our K Street center. Families not receiving on-site services at this time continue to receive needed support from the program in other ways, including virtual visits.
