As a Community Action team member, you make our community a better place. One of the easiest ways to support our work is to make a financial gift through payroll deduction. Just complete the form below to set this up! All deductions will begin on October 6th, 2023. Thank you!

Please enter the dollar ($) amount you would like to deduct from your paycheck in dollars and cents (e.g. 5.50). Please note: this deduction will continue until you specify otherwise.

I understand that this deduction will go into effect on October 6, 2023 and continue until the employee notifies Community Action in writing to discontinue.

One-Time Gift
