Homelessness Prevention Services
Supportive Housing Program
Our Supportive Housing Program is a self-sufficiency program. Participants are provided intensive case management, assistance with rent payments, and referrals to services that will support their efforts to maintain stable housing.
To be eligible:
1. Applicant must be pregnant, have children, and have custody of those children, or have a reunification plan within six months.
2. Applicant must have identifiable case management needs and be willing to follow a goal plan.
3. Applicant must be verifiably homeless.
4. Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
