Homelessness Prevention Services
Community Action has various programs aimed at the direct prevention of homelessness. Through both long and short-term case management, assistance with rent, and collaboration with the Lincoln Housing Authority, we are able to help individuals and families who are homeless and near homeless secure safe, decent, and affordable housing.
We also provide a payee as needed for individuals receiving Social Security payments who are court-ordered to have a representative payee.
