Community Services
Our Landlord / Tenant program focuses on eviction prevention, landlord & tenant mediation, and information regarding landlord / tenant rights and obligations. The program also presents modules of the RentWise tenant education curriculum with the Lincoln Housing Authority and other community agencies.
Eligibility:
Anyone with questions or concerns regarding the rental process or the Nebraska Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
